The next evolution in the Vulcan cutting systems is the Laser-Max 1.5. With minimal heat affected zone on the cut edge, the parts coming off the machine will cause less wear to downstream fabrication equipment. Minimal kerf combined with 4-axis controls enables the cutting of intricate patterns.

The HB-825 Pittsburgh roll forming machine has 8 forming stations with 2 forming positions. One inboard forming position forms the Pittsburgh lock and one auxiliary or outboard forming position has the capability of forming 1 of 3 different profiles.
The CORNERMATIC II® ~ WHISPER-LOC® COMBO is a unique, innovative machine that not only inserts and crimps corners into both ends of ductwork but closes longitudinal Pittsburgh seams on the same ductwork when required. This design allows the operator to accomplish both corner insertion and seam closing on one machine without having to handle the ductwork between processes.
