Formtek, Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase Roto-Die, Inc. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Roto-Die is a manufacturer of hydraulic press brakes for sheet metal that has a unique, versatile tool design to quickly and easily switch between bending operations. “Having common dealers and serving similar markets, Roto-Die is a great fit for the Formtek Group,” says Darren Muchnicki, president of Formtek, Inc. “It will be a great compliment to our Iowa Precision, Lockformer, Engel, Lion and ISM products and solutions.” Roto-Die will join the Cleveland location of Formtek.
