Due to the use of pre-painted items, Mestek Machinery has decided to halt the use of orange paint in the Engel product lines and use safety yellow in its place.
Currently, Engel, Lockformer, and IPI use the yellow on their equipment for guards and dangerous areas. The movable items on Engel will now also feature the yellow paint.
By unifying our safety color to one shade of yellow, we will decrease the amount of on-hand inventory and speed up the paint process. The paint department will have the ability to batch larger quantities at one time instead of a partial run of orange and a partial run of yellow.
