Mestek Machinery recently delivered and installed a coil line at The Peck Hannaford + Briggs Co., an HVAC and sheet metal fabricator in Cincinnati, OH.
Peck Hanniford and Briggs were operating a 1980’s Welty Way front end. The organization called us in to discuss the possibility of purchasing a complete Iowa Precision Pro Fabriduct line. After many consultations onsite in Cinncinati, Ohio, president Brandon Painter went to work on the ROI side of the purchase to present to ownership. Mr. Painter provided a very detailed report to ownership and was given approval to purchase and while purchasing the new line they also were closing on a brand new building to warehouse their manufacturing facility.
During this period of growth and expansion, Peck Hanniford and Briggs increased productivity "by greater than 25%" thanks to the new coil line in their Steel Place Facility. Technicians on site were enthusiastic about Mestek's training and the benefits the new machine would bring, including reduced physical labor as well a financial, competitive, and quality improvements.
