Getting to Know the Lockformer Dual Head Gore-Locker

The Lockformer Dual Head Gore-Locker produces of HVAC spiral/round duct gored elbows, reducers, end-caps, and off-sets. On the same machine, operators can also lange or swage on one end while simultaneously closing the seam at the other end. This dual functionality uses minimal power and saves both time and floor space, boosting productivity and optimizing shop flow for maximum output.

The Gore-Locker allows operators to modify controls when flanging and swaging, providing complete control of production speeds and the pneumatic-activated support rollers and a stronger closing station makes it safer and easier for the operator to remove parts. The machine delivers an airtight seal that eliminates the need for manual processes like sealing or painting, further boosting efficiency in your fittings operations.

The Gore-Locker handles a variety of materials and thicknesses – up to 16 gauge (1.5mm) – to produce standing rib diameters from 4″ to 60″ (100 1500mm) with included tooling and can produce standing rib diameters from 4″ and 50″- 60″ with additional tooling.
