The Pro-Ductomatic Front End Coil Line includes the capability to fabricate from coil instead of sheets of material, which will increase ROI through quick changeover and fast feed rates up to 75 feet per minute.
Additionally, the Pro-Ductomatic also comes with the advantages of full width contact feed rolls for positive accurate movement and shear head squaring system designed for easy adjustment. The machine is engineered with heavy-duty left/right synchronization to stabilize cutting action and give the lowest moving mass, thereby reducing shock and vibration during the cutting stroke for increased accuracy and efficiency. The line also features a quiet operating system with a sound level less than 67 DB.
